Dawood is a seasoned employment litigator who has litigated cases from intake through appeal on behalf of Fortune 100 companies, public entities, and small businesses alike. With first-chair jury trial and arbitration experience, Dawood has the ability and track record to “go to the mat” for his clients and defend their interests in all California and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
Dawood also has a business-oriented approach and a keen understanding of California and federal employment laws to help his clients manage compliance and avoid litigation. He works with and advises stakeholders, human resources professionals, and business leaders to implement strategies and lessons learned through his considerable litigation experience to minimize exposure and avoid future issues.
