About Desiree
With experience representing clients from startups to large employers in a variety of industries, such as healthcare, food, hospitality, manufacturing, and personal care products, Desiree Ho recognizes the importance of working with clients to develop solutions that best fit their particular business operations.
She believes that preemptive steps like guiding clients through difficult employment-related decisions, advising on compliance with wage and hour laws, and drafting policies and procedures are invaluable to managing exposure to litigation. However, under certain circumstances, she understands that employers may be pushed to defend against employee claims.
She has experience litigating in state and federal courts and has handled matters before government agencies. She has represented clients in wage and hour litigation, including PAGA and class actions, as well as individual lawsuits with employment-related claims including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.
