
About Marianne
As a Partner at CDF, Marianne C. Koepf advises management in all areas of employment and labor law, including Title VII, FEHA, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, CFRA and the California Labor Code.
In her representation of employers, Koepf appears before federal and state courts, the EEOC, the DFEH, the California Labor Commissioner and the government agencies. Her employment practice includes claims of discrimination, harassment, failure to accommodate, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, trade secret violations and wage and hour violations.
Koepf also helps companies draft employee handbooks and workplace agreements, including arbitration, intellectual property and confidentiality agreements. An experienced speaker and trainer on all aspects of the employment relationship, Koepf was a regular contributor to the California Employment Law Letter, a biweekly statewide newsletter for employers and HR professionals.
