
About Pamela
Pamela Woodside is a Senior Counsel in the Los Angeles office where she represents employers in a full range of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, unfair competition, defamation, trade secrets and other matters.
Pamela has successfully represented clients in all California state and federal jurisdictions, in administrative hearings, arbitrations and at trial. She had extensive experience working with clients of all sizes and in various industries including healthcare, technology, retail, service industries and manufacturing.
Before joining CDF, Pamela was Assistant General Counsel for a large, national retailer where she focused on conducting workplace investigations, drafting employment policies and development compliant practices. Pamela also provided advice and counsel on a variety of issues such as terminations, accommodations and discipline so as to avoid disputes where possible, and to prevail via litigation when necessary. While in-house, Pamela also conducted numerous training programs on current and emerging legal trends to help HR and business leaders stay ahead of changes in state and federal law.
