
About Taylor
Taylor L. Wendland is an attorney in our San Diego office. She represents employers across many industries in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, PAGA, and class actions. Wendland has extensive experience with alternative dispute resolution and has represented employers in state and federal court. She is also Editor in Chief of the CDF’s award-winning California Labor and Employment Law Blog.
Wendland received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, she held positions in the Student Bar Association, Employment and Labor Law Society, and Business Law Society.
Wendland previously clerked for a California defense litigation firm and interned for the San Diego Department of Child Support Services. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University San Marcos, where she graduated cum laude.
