CDF Obtains Summary Judgment for Large National Aviation Employer

CDF secured a complete summary judgment, in its entirety, on behalf of a major national employer in the aviation support services industry, defeating a plaintiff's claims of negligent hiring, supervision, and retention, failure to train, sexual harassment under Civil Code section 51.9, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
