Diversity, equity, and inclusion have been the bedrock of CDF Labor Law LLP since its inception in 1994. Diverse attorneys have long held leadership positions in the firm, including the managing partner, office managing partners, executive committee members, and committee chairs. They also play an integral role in managing the Firm and shaping its future.
